Here's how we'll approach things.
When scheduling your free consultation, you'll answer a short intake questionnaire so that I can fully understand your vision for your project and where you are in the process.

Next, if I believe I can help bring your vision to life, we'll meet and talk through your goals, discuss my recommendations, and make sure we're a good fit.

Depending on where you are in the writing process, I will recommend a customized approach that is aligned to your unique goals.
​
After every session, you will walk away with a clear understanding of the immediate next steps you need to take to write your book.
​
My coaching is not genre-specific. My clientele includes authors writing children's books, middle grade, YA, adult novels, screenplays, and both business and legacy-based memoirs. And help you brush off the bad ones so you can write your next book 😉 Mutual lasting satisfaction is the ultimate goal and my intention from the very first time we meet.

Writing a book is also a deeply intimate experience, one I don't take lightly, so it’s important that the relationship feels right for both of us. You may be writing from the soul, processing life experiences through your prose, writing about someone you loved (or someone that hurt you). I'm not a therapist or life coach, but it is vital that you trust me to be a good steward of your writing experience, someone who will speak plainly and honestly, someone who wants what's right for you, not just what's profitable.

Most women know shortly after our first meeting whether this is the platform best suited to support their creative work. Although I do my best to select my clients thoughtfully and only if I believe we are a good fit, we are both free to end the coaching relationship at any time and for any reason. If it becomes clear that I'm not the right creative fit for you, you’re free to step away with no financial risk. I will refund the remainder of your investment, no questions asked.
My coaching packages
One-time Plotting & Planning Session
You want to write a book, but you have no idea where to start, or you got started, but now you're stuck. You need a personalized plan so you can write with confidence!

In this 2-hour session, we will:

Discuss and refine your story idea,
-
Devise a step-by-step strategy to reach your vision,
-
And brainstorm ways to bust through any blockers that might arise along the way.
By the end of the session, you'll know exactly what story you want to tell (or what you need to do to keep developing your story so it's ready to tell) and what steps you need to take to turn it into a completed first draft.

Price: $300 (2-hour session)
Ongoing Coaching & Partnership
You know what to do, but going it alone isn't working. You could use some accountability, creative input, and occasional cheerleading.
This isn't about forcing the words; this is about stoking your energy and staying on focus so you can finally see this thing through.
Over a series of ongoing sessions, we will do things like:

Re-affirm your goals, timeline, and desired outcome,

Discuss your progress and reassess your strategy as needed,

Talk about your story and workshop ideas when you get stuck,

Reconnect to your deepest drivers and motivations,
-
Rekindle your childlike sense of writing-as-play,
-
And brainstorm solutions to your blockers.

At the end of each session you will feel resourced and energized so you can keep writing regularly and with confidence!

Price: $900 (Six 1-hour sessions)
Start-to-Finish Complete Package
Get ready to be inspired and energized! This start-to-finish package is a deeply resourced alternative to the group Immersives for writers who would prefer to work 1-on-1 at their own pace.
​
Over 1-2 hour sessions scheduled 1-2x per week (20 hours total), we will:

Develop a personalized plan so you know exactly how, when, and what you'll write,
-
Progress step-by-step through your personalized plan, brainstorming new ideas and overcoming blockers together as you go,

Finish strong in the predetermined time period or devise what a path forward looks like for you beyond the packaged time frame.

By the end of this experience, you will have:

A connection to the infinite well of creativity inside of you,

New skills and tools to help you grow as a writer and increased confidence in your capabilities,

And a completed draft of your book! (Or a plan to finish confidently beyond the scope of this package)
