You know you've got talent, you have some ideas (maybe even too many!), and you're committed to your goals.
Now all you need is to know exactly what to write and how to write it, and an accountability partner to make sure you actually follow through.
When we work together one-on-one, you will:

Here's how we'll approach things.
When scheduling your free consultation, you'll answer a short intake questionnaire so that I can fully understand your vision for your project and where you are in the process.
Next, if I believe I can help bring your vision to life, we'll meet and walk through your options, discuss my recommendations, and make sure we're a good fit.
Depending on where you are in the writing process, I will recommend a Coaching Package that I believe is aligned to help you reach your goal. We may also design a customized package if necessary.
Once you're ready to move forward, you'll schedule and pay for your sessions up front.
Our very first one-on-one will be a Journey Mapping Session. This is a strategy call in which we will discuss your story idea(s) and map a personalized path to completing your book.
After this and any of our sessions together, you will always walk away with a clear understanding of the immediate next steps you need to take to write your book.
My coaching is not genre-specific. My clientele includes authors writing children's books, middle grade, YA, adult novels, screenplays, and memoirs. Writing a book is also a deeply intimate experience, one I don't take lightly, so it’s important that the relationship feels right for both of us. You may be writing from the soul, processing life experiences through your prose, writing about someone you loved (or someone that hurt you). I'm not a therapist or life coach, but it is vital that you trust me to be a good steward of your writing experience, someone who will speak plainly and honestly, someone who wants what's right for you, not just what's profitable.
Most women know shortly after our first meeting whether this is the platform best suited to support their creative work. Although I do my best to select my clients thoughtfully and only if I believe we are a good fit, we are both free to end the coaching relationship at any time and for any reason. If it becomes clear that I'm not the right creative fit for you, you’re free to step away with no financial risk. I will refund the remainder of your investment, no questions asked.
My coaching packages
Personalized Writing Strategy (One 2-hour session - $300)
Most people imagine all you need to write a book is the gift of prose. The reality is that failure often looks like stalling out and giving up or grinding away on the same project for years, and this is most often a result of poor planning. With a personalized strategy in place, you will know exactly what it will take to write the book of your dreams and how long it should take you. In this session, we will work together to create your personalized writing strategy in the form of a journey map, a visual representation of the process that you will go through to accomplish your writing goals. First, we will determine your pace and fluency. Next, we'll discuss your ideal timeline, outcome, and artifacts. You'll share details about your story so we can identify what stage you're at in your journey. We'll then discuss any obstacles you expect to face along the way. The completed map will provide clarity on the steps you need to take and what resources will help aide your success. By the end of the session, you will have a clear strategy in place so that you can kickoff your new writing practice with clarity and confidence.
New Book Kickstart (Five 2-hour sessions - $1,500)
The New Book Kickstart package is for writers who have not yet started working on their book. You might have an idea, an outline, or even some draft passages in place, but you're not clear on what to do next. Over five 2-hour sessions once a week, we will workshop your ideas and intentions together following my Stress-Free Framework. You will have my full attention and expertise during these sessions to make sure you accomplish each step and feel confident doing it. By the end of the last session, you will feel ready to start writing. I will be available by email between sessions.
Accountability Partnership (Three 1-hour sessions - $450)
The Accountability Partnership package is for writers who are in progress on their book but could benefit from regular accountability check-ins to make sure they keep going. Over the course of three 1-hour sessions once a week, we will discuss your progress, brainstorm solutions to your blockers, and reaffirm your goals and intentions. Whether you got stuck partway through your project or just need that extra push to make it over the finish line, I'm here to help.
Block-buster Intensive (Three 2-hour sessions - $900)
Struggling with writer's block? This package is for you. Over the course of three 2-hour sessions over three weeks, we will identify and tackle the cause of your writer's block so that you can bust through it for good. The goal is not just to get you writing but to help you rediscover your childlike sense of wonder and play, reconnect to your deepest drivers and motivations, stay energized for the long haul, and thus become a beacon of inspiration to those around you (and especially those who read your work). This is a soul-centered experience. Expect to be invigorated, challenged, and delighted!
Storytelling Intensive (One 3-hour session - $450)
If you're interested in brainstorming story ideas one-on-one, this package is for you! We will meet for one 3-hour session (or two 1.5-hour sessions) to address a specific storytelling issue you're having and brainstorm solutions in an engaging and supportive environment. Whether you're struggling with devising a shocking plot twist (or three), writing compelling characters that feel realistic, making your final confrontation explosive, or generally making sure you'll meet your audience's expectations, you'll be inspired and gain a deeper understanding of the craft. Keep in mind, this is not a developmental editing session, rather it's a hands-on workshop for ideation and solutioning. You will leave with new tools for your writing toolbox that you can use to unlock unlimited story ideas on your own in the future.
Start-to-Finish Immersive (12 weeks - $3,250 )
The Start-to-Finish Immersive is a deeply resourced experience in which we will meet for 2 hours each week over the course of 12 weeks and you will benefit from each of my unique offerings.
Week 1: We will kick things off with a Personalized Writing Strategy session so you know exactly how and when you'll write.
Weeks 2-6: We will then progress step-by-step through the New Book Kickstart so you know exactly what to write.
Weeks 7-12: With a plan in place, you will start writing. We will meet twice a week for accountability and brainstorming.
If you do not finish the first draft of your book by the end of the 12 weeks but wish to keep moving forward together one-on-one, we can continue meeting for 2 hours each week at our regularly scheduled times month-to-month at $950 per month.
